We aim to provide thoughtful, unhurried care for every child and family. To help us do this, we ask for your support with the following:

• FEES: Payment is made at the time of your child’s appointment unless other arrangements have been made. Please talk to our staff prior to your appointment if this is the case. Medicare rebates can be electronically claimed by us at the time of payment for your convenience.  
   

• CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 2 full business days' in advance so we can offer the appointment to another family. You will receive SMS reminders – 1 week before your appointment that requires confirmation otherwise your appointment will be cancelled. 
   

• LATE CANCELLATIONS / NON-ATTENDANCE: Appointments cancelled with less than 2 full business days’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full consultation fee.
